The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are tiled and the garden area is gravelled with shrubbery. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 66cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor level.
