The front door is 60cm wide whereas the other access door is 150cm wide. The path to the pool is 200cm, the pool contains 4 large roman steps. The outside ground is relatively flat with one step up onto the pool area. There is a ramp and steps down to the main door of the villa, however there is access not using the steps. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 73cm whereas the ground floor bathroom has a door width of 70cm. There are 15 steps to the first floor where all bedrooms have a door width of 73cm, and the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
