The terrace is tiled and mostly flat with one single step down to the pool, whilst the pool itself has step and ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 78cm whilst the bathroom has a door width of 62cm. The doors into the kitchen/dining area and lounge are 68cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor where all bedrooms have a door width of 66cm and all bathrooms have a door width of 62cm.
