To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide, leading to 10 steps to the front door, the front door is 76cm wide. The lounge door is 200cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 300cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide, the area around the pool area is flat. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 80cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 60cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 10 steps leading to the first floor level.
