The outside is an open tiled terrace with a lawn area, both areas are relatively flat. The pool path is 120cm wide with 2 steps towards the pool. Inside the house, the widest bedroom door is 65cm whilst the widest bathroom door is 72cm. There are 15 steps to the first floor where the kitchen and living area are situated.
