There is also a ramp to the front door from the pedestrian gate. The front door has a width of 157cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 157cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat. There is a small 5cm lip over the patio doors that lead to the terrace. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 72m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 72cm.
