On the lower ground floor, a double bedroom features air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV, an ensuite shower room, and patio doors opening to a private balcony. The ground floor offers two additional bedrooms — one with a small double bed and the other with a standard double — each with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. A family bathroom with a bath, twin basins, washing machine, and overhead shower serves this floor. Due to the approach road and the villa’s position above the surrounding landscape, a car hire is essential as taxis are only able to drop guests at the end of the track. The property itself is arranged over multiple levels with several internal and external staircases connecting the floors, terrace areas and pool level. Please note due to the number of stairs at the property the villa may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
