To access the villa there is a path which is 75cm wide with 14 steps to the front door. The front door has a door width of 75cm whilst the other access door has a width of 70cm. There are numerous steps to access the terrace, the terrace is tiled but is uneven. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 60cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
