The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 190cm wide. There is a slight slope down from the terrace gate. The pool area is half artificial grass, half tiles. There is no access to the villa from the lower ground pool level, step access is required. There is also an additional roof terrace. The outdoor areas are on split levels.
