To access the villa there is a 220cm wide path and 1 step. The front door has a width of 126cm. The door to the terrace is 87cm wide. There is 1 step down through the door to the terrace, the terrace around the pool is flat and paved, then there are 5 steps down to the lower terrace and garden. There are 9 steps or a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen area is open plan, the door to this area is 116cm wide. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
