The pool itself has step access. The villa is over three floors. The king-size bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 74cm, whilst the ensuite has a door width of 69cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 82cm wide, and the shower room door is 65cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 154cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 89cm wide.
