The front door has a width of 73cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide, tiled and flat. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 19 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom door has a width of 81cm, and the family shower room has a door width of 63cm.
