The surrounding area can be hilly in places. To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is on split levels, with steps to the BBQ area and pool area. The steps to the poolside are 100cm wide. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom and bathrooms are 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the lower ground floor.
