To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 79cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 139cm wide. Outside, there are 6 steps leading down to the pool area. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. Some of the exterior areas are made up of crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property with two houses. Inside, there are 4 steps that lead from the kitchen to the lounge and master bedroom. The master bedroom door of house one is 79cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 69cm wide.
