To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide alongside 26 steps. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, whilst the pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 internal steps to the lower ground floor, or 11 external steps. The bedrooms have a door width of 93cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 88cm.
