The living room with its slanted wood-beamed ceilings really captures the Mallorcan authenticity. The front door has a width of 100cm and this is the only door that accesses the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool are 100cm, the grounds are hilly and the pool has roman steps to enter. There is a ramp after 8 steps down to the pool from the house. The lounge to dining area has 2 steps and the dining/kitchen area to bedroom there are 4 steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the closest is up 4 steps to the first floor.
