Villa Tamarells Ullastres is a beautiful villa which really shows off modern architecture. Enter via a sloping drive to the villa, which has been specially built to enjoy the sunny climate in Menorca. A large, sliding wooden shutter pulls back to open the villa to the elements, affording divine views of the local neighbourhood and the Mediterranean ahead. A traditional brick built BBQ and dining table and chairs are housed here, meaning you can enjoy gorgeous views over your lunchtime tapas. Cleverly designed with lots of glass windows and walls, you have the outdoor living vibe throughout the villa. Open plan areas house sofas, dining furniture and a nice, wooden fitted kitchen. The three bedrooms have been perfectly positioned with sliding doors, which open out directly out to the azure, blue pool which rests at the rear of the villa.The villa is set in the sleepy village of Biniancolla, with a few local eateries and picturesque cove. If you want to travel a little further, Punta Prima is nearby and offers a more upbeat vibe and a supermarket. The beach is lovely, the water is crystal clear and great for snorkelling and the fish restaurants on the sea shore are divine! The front door has a width of 70cm and other doors that access the pool area are 70cm wide. There is a slight incline to reach the villa and the pool has roman steps to enter. There are two steps down to the pool from the terrace and the grounds are is flat and even. Inside there are two steps down from the entrance to the lounge and two steps up to the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
