The front door has a width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 85cm. The ground is hilly with lots of stairs throughout the property grounds and inside the home, there are 37 steps to the villa itself and a ramp to access it too. The pool itself has no ramp access but has Roman steps into it and the width to any path to the pool is 130m. Upon entering front door which is 80cm wide there are two bedrooms doors which have a width of 70cm each and two bathrooms doors which have a width of 65cm each located on ground floor. There are 10 steps to the first floor, an additional two steps for the two bedrooms and 2 steps for the two bathrooms.
