The front door has a width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 120cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, there are 16 steps leading to the lower terrace. Inside the villa, the width of the door into the kitchen and lounge area is 80cm wide. There are 14 steps to the first floor, where all the bedrooms and shower rooms have a door width of 68cm wide.
