To access the villa there is a path which is 94cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 90cm wide. There is 1 step down to access the patio area. The terrace and poolside is made up of crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are multiple steps and levels. There is 1 step up to the kitchen, 6 steps down to the ground floor bedroom, 6 steps down into the living room, and 1 step down to the patio level. There are 10 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 81cm wide. The ensuite door is 66cm wide, however the gap bedroom the bed and the wall is narrow at 50cm.
