As you enter, you are greeted by the large stylish lounge which has a comfortable seating area surrounded by large patio doors leading outside to the decked seating area. This leads round into a modern dining and kitchen area, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay including a breakfast bar with seating for 8 people. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish making it feel like 'home from home.' There is a fully tiled shower room with WC and the long hallway leads to the first of four bedrooms which has a bunk bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third has a double bed and the 4th is the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, overhead shower and WC, a walk in closet and a double bed. All the bedrooms offer lovely garden and countryside views. Outside, the extensive garden area features a large gated swimming pool and decked area and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 87cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide. The grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps.
