As you enter the villa, you will find the large and modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the pool and garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 people and a breakfast bar to seat 3 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. On this floor there is also 1 of the bedrooms with a double bed and direct access to the veranda. On the first floor, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC. On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom which has two single beds. As you come out of the bedroom, there is a large open plan space which has another two single beds. There is an extra bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, leading to the front door which is 86cm wide. The lounge door is 140cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 78cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
