The front door has a width of 70cm wide and other doors that access the pool area is the patio door from the lounge which is 112cm wide and the kitchen door which is 75cm wide. The garden area slopes gently but the pool area and patio areas are flat and the pool has 4 roman steps to enter with a railing and in the deep end there is a ladder with 3 steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide which is the twin room on the left and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide.
