The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. From the patio doors there is a step to access the pool area. It is also possible to access the terrace from the parking area, there are no steps taking this route. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom has a door width of 70cm and the shower room has a door width of 60cm.
