Vasilikos is the area on the north east coast of the island looking over to the Greek mainland and runs from just south of Argassi, a popular resort south of Zakynthos Town to the tip of the peninsula. Vasilikos boats beautiful pine woods, rolling olive groves and several lovely coastal areas such as Aghios Nikoloas, Porto Roma and Xerokastello where you can find a few shops and restaurants and lovely bays to sunbathe and swim. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 15 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, with crazy paving which can be uneven in places. There is a step down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the first floor where the bedroom and bathrooms doors are all 77cm wide.
