The poolside is flat and tiled with a step down from the patio doors. The garden is slightly sloped, but you do not need to use this area. There is a slight edging around the pool. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are 2 steps of 18cm down form the hallway to the lounge, kitchen and bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 has a door width of 75cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide. There are 7 steps from bedrooms 2 and 3 to the pool terrace. This floor (first floor) is a half floor. There are 16 steps to the second floor.
