To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front is 85cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room have wide open passageways. There are 2 ways to access the pool/terrace area, the first way from the villa has 16 fairly steep steps and the other way has 5 low gradual steps and then 5 normal steps, the entrance of the door is 85cm wide. The outside grounds are mostly flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
