A walk up into the hills behind Skala brings you back to another era as you explore the ruins of the old village destroyed in the earthquake in the last century. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide as well as 12 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The ground area is flat with non-slip tiles, however, the terrace features a split level design with a number of steps around the pool area, and a raised alfresco dining area. This can be seen in the images. The bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 100cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 21 steps down to the lower ground floor, where the bedroom door is 80cm wide, and the shower room door is 70cm wide.
