To access the villa there is a path which is 186cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 145cm wide. There is 1 step down from the shaded seating area to the poolside. The terrace is crazy paved and can be uneven in places. The pool itself has both step and ladder access. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
