To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 79cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide, there is one step down to the pool area. The outside grounds are tiled and flat. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
