To access the villa grounds there is a steep incline of roughly 50m. The villa is accessed by a path 100cm wide with 1 step to reach the front door. The front door has a width of 200cm, other access doors are also 200cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 100cm wide and there are no steps, the pool terrace is fairly flat. The pool itself has ladder access only. This villa is single-storey, and the widest bedroom access is to the double bedroom, with the door measuring 76cm wide. The shared shower room is accessed by a door 70cm wide.
