To access the villa there is a 200cm wide path, with a downward slope from the parking area to the villa. The front door has a width of 205cm. The door to the terrace is also 205cm wide with a 200cm wide path and 3 steps down to the pool. The pool terrace is flat and paved. The villa is all on one floor, the 205cm wide door from the terrace leads in to the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area.
