To access the villa there is a gate and path which are 100cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 174cm wide. The lounge door is 67cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 207cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 83cm wide, there is a step down from the main entrance from the villa to the pool/terrace area, the path to the pool is 450cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and paved stoned, the garden grounds are gravelled. The pool has steps.
