The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 91cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The lounge door is 142 cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 132 cm wide, there are 2 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom area from the dining room. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 170cm wide, the path to the pool is 144cm wide, there are 2 steps up to the BBQ area from the pool area. The outside grounds are flat and tiled with shrubbery.
