The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the pool area is 155cm, which is flat and even. There are 3 steps down to the pool area from the shaded terrace, however, there is also a ramp for easy access. Next to the house is a fenced garden, the width of the gate to access this is 180cm. There are paths around the garden area. The pool itself has step access. This villa has a ground floor separate annex accessed off the terrace. The doors to this annex are 80cm wide whilst the shower room is disabled friendly. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 68cm, and the shower room door is also 68cm wide.
