To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide, there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace area is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access. There is a small lip over the patio doors. This is a ground floor property. The double bedroom door is 64cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is 62cm wide.
