To access the villa there is a path which is 89cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. There is a step down from the entrance leading into the living area, the lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 200cm wide, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are tiled, paved stoned and some parts are wooden decking, the garden grounds are grassed and are surrounded by shrubs. The outside grounds are flat and even, the garden grounds are on several levels. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are multiple steps leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there is an extra lounge/kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 73cm wide. All bathrooms are a shower over bath type.
