To access the villa there is a path which is 230cm wide, leading to 17 steps to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide. The lounge door is 86cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 95cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are hilly and uneven, the ground is crazy paving. There are 5 concrete steps to access the ladder for the pool, the pool is slightly raised from the ground. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor level. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 72cm wide, the bathrooms are shower rooms and shower/bath types.
