The outdoor area features a balcony/veranda, accessible via a couple of steps from the outside. Once past the main steps, the pool area is flat and easily navigable, with a path to the pool measuring 250cm wide. However, the pool itself is accessible only via ladder entry. Inside the villa, there are no internal steps on the ground floor, but access to the first floor requires ascending 18 steps. Doors throughout the property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, and lounge, are 80-90cm wide. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower. The first floor contains additional bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, all with 80cm-wide doors.
