To access the villa there is a path which is 126cm wide alongside 12 steps. These steps are as follows: 5 steps from the parking area, a further 5 steps onto the footpath, and 2 more steps to enter the villa. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. The path to the terrace is 112cm wide. There are 6 steps up to the pool area. The pool has ladder access. The terrace is a mixture of crazy paving and lawn. This is a ground-floor property. Bedroom 1 has a door width of 79cm, whilst the shower room door is 71cm wide.
