What is a Guaranteed Income contract? Our Guaranteed Income contract offers complete peace of mind. You receive a fixed rental income regardless of how many weeks are sold, with monthly payments made on time throughout the contract period. Your villa is marketed exclusively by Solmar Villas during this time, giving it maximum exposure across all our marketing and distribution channels.This option is ideal if you want predictable, steady income without worrying about occupancy. What is an Adhoc contract? An Adhoc contract provides flexibility and control. We mutually agree rental prices with you, and you can continue to use your villa or take your own bookings if you wish. Exclusivity with Solmar Villas is recommended but not required.This option is ideal for owners who want greater flexibility while still benefiting from Solmar’s extensive marketing, reservations and guest support services. Are there any fees or commission to work with Solmar Villas? No. There are no joining fees, no advertising costs and no commission. Everything we do to market and distribute your villa is included at no cost to you. How and when will I be paid? Payments are made reliably and on time.
