The villa grounds are flat, however the parking area is on a slight slope. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The poolside is flat and tiled. The pool has step access and has an edging around it. This is a ground floor property. The double bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the bathrooms door is 58cm wide.
