To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 3 steps but there is also ramp access available. The front door has a width of 95cm and other doors that access the pool area are 89cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 98cm wide and there is a total of 5 steps around the villa grounds. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 18 steps to the first floor.
