The outside area is a stone paving (crazy paving) which is mostly flat. Spacious stone paved terraces surround the villa which are non-slip and even, as well as 10 stone steps that lead to the pool terrace and lawn area below the villa. There is 1 step from the lounge to the BBQ area. The width of the access door to the terrace is 111cm wide. The pool requires ladder access. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide and the widest shower room door on the ground floor is 65cm wide. There are 3 steps from the lounge to the dining area, and a further 1 step to the kitchen and shower room.
