The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 144cm wide. The ground is a mixture of tiles, artificial turf and a wooden pathway to the sea. There is 1 step to get from the villa to the pool. The outdoor dining area is elevated, therefore a step has to be taken to reach it. All other outdoor areas are flat. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the widest bedroom door is 73cm wide, and the main bathroom door is 62cm wide.
