The front door has a width of 120cm. Paths to the pool area are all 93cm+ and the grounds are uneven as there are lots of individual steps for example; from the patio doors to the pool is 1 step, a further very small step then to the pool. There is also a small step to the decking with outside dining table and another step to the 4th bedroom annex. There are 3 roman steps into the pool with no hand rail. All bedroom doors are 65cm wide.
