A couple of minutes in the opposite direction lies the popular resort of Cala en Forcat with 3 pretty sandy coves and a selection of bars and restaurants with live music and children’s play areas. The villa itself is light and airy, with sloped ceilings boasting charming wooden beams throughout. There are three bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities and a second bathroom for the family to share. The front door has a width of 90cm whilst the other access door has a width of 75cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 64cm wide. There are 6 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a door width of 64cm and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm.
