The front door has a width of 99cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 99cm wide. The villa is situation on a very small slope, this is not steep. There are 4 steps down from the dining area to the poolside. The terrace is mostly tiled with some lawn areas. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 19 steps to the first floor where the first twin bedroom door is 76cm wide, and the ensuite door is 67cm wide.
