The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 90cm wide. The exteriors are a mixture of tiles, decking and lawn. There is a path within the lawn to the poolside. There is a slight step up to the poolside from the lawn. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the double bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the shared shower room door is 65cm wide. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
