There is a regular bus service in to the centre of Nerja that runs close by. Step into this lovely house via the entrance hall and you will see a short flight of stairs leading up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. From the large lounge there are patio doors leading on to a terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views, a spiral staircase leads up to a roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. To access the villa the path is 160cm wide with 7 steps to the front door which has a width of 115cm, other access doors are also 80cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 110cm wide and there are no steps to get from the villa to the pool level but there are 4 steps to reach the lower pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the ground floor. The bedroom doors are all 70cm wide whilst the bathroom doors are 60cm wide.
